phone we can then arrange a suitable way to ship it.

phone.
|
| Q: |

|
| Q: |
How
will you pay me for my phone? |
| A: |
We
will only issue the person who sends the phone with a British
Cheque.
|
| Q: |
How
do I know you won't just keep my phone without paying for it? |
| A: |
Obviously
this is a great concern. Please let us assure you we are not
into stealing anyone's phone. We would not have gone to all
the effort of producing this website to get closed down for
stealing phones. All the details of where the office is located
are on the 'Contact
Us'
page. The contact telephone number is a mobile number because
we are on the move most of the time. If we are in possession
of your phone without your permission, it would be classed as
stealing. On these grounds you could contact the police to report
the incident. It wouldn't take to many reports to get us shut
down.
|
| Q: |
What
happens once you receive my phone, you examine it and you decide
you don't want it? |
| A: |
If
after inspection we decide that we do not want to buy the phone
from you, we will return you phone to you. To avoid this, please
give us as many details as you can before you send the phone
to us. This way it will minimise the potential of this happening.
|
| Q: |
What
happens if I receive my phone back and it doesn't work? |
| A: |
Should
we ever break anyone's phone we will replace it with another
working model no questions asked. We would be upfront and tell
you if this event ever occurred. If you receive your phone back
and it doesn't work this is not our liability, as we would not
send a non-working phone to you. Your phone may be insured against
breakages etc. If you are concerned about this please do not
send your phone, as we cannot be held responsible for damages
that have occurred during transit.
|
| Q: |
Can
I personally bring my phone to your office? |
| A: |
Unfortunately,
we can't offer this as a service. If you live locally and would
like to sell us your phone, we can arrange a personal visit.
Please contact us
first to make arrangements.
|
| Q: |
Are
phones insured during carriage? |
| A: |
Only
if you insure them. You can pay for us to insure them when we
are sending any phones to you if this is a concern to you.
|
| Q: |
Will
you buy my phone if I live outside the United Kingdom? |
| A: |
Generally,
no. Please contact
us
if you wish to sell your phone from abroad.
