If we have any suspicions that a phone sent to us is stolen, we
will pass details onto the police.
We aim
to unlock all phones and have them back in the post within 1 hour
of receiving them! 90% of phones are received back by their owners
just 2 days after sending them! If you have any questions or if
you are worried about sending your phone to us, please refer to our
Frequent Questions section.

We firmly
guarantee your phone against possible problems incurred with unlocking.
That's the difference between our unlocking service and other people's.
If we were to ever damage a phone, we would replace it. (No, this
has never happened)
Incase you are wondering, it is legal to unlock phones in the
United Kingdom. Please see Oftel's
position on unlocking.

We also accommodate trade enquiries. If you have a large volume
of phones which require unlocking, contact
us for details. We offer highly discounted rates and
in many circumstances we can travel to you. |

"Before I sent my phone away, I was dubious, so I phoned Sellanokia
(now 1nok.com) I was reassured and subsequently sent my phone. Each
evening I was e-mailed on the progress, and the phone was sent back
to me, by special delivery, promptly. I was completely satisfied with
the service and the work done on my phone at reasonable prices."

"Sellanokia (now 1nok.com) provide a first class 'unlocking
service'. I sent my phone to them and I got it back fully unlocked
two days later. They kept me informed all the way, from when it arrived
to when it was mailed back to me. I have recommended their services
to all of my colleagues. Thanks Mike."

"I have today received my Nokia 3310 repaired & unlocked
as per our previous communications. Having posted my phone to you
on Wednesday & to have it back in my possession on Friday of the
same week, well, what can I say?.
Working in the IT industry I am fully aware of the potential problems
the public can face when shopping for goods or services on the Internet.
However I would like to say that your quality of professional customer
service is outstanding, this coupled with your competitive pricing
can only be a recipe for success. I will have no hesitation in recommending
your Website & services to both my friends and colleagues."

Attention
BT Cellnet people!
Make sure your sim card will work in an unlocked phone.
It is possible, although your phone may be unlocked that your
sim card will not work... By this we are mainly referring to BT Cellnet.
Cellnet, in the past have actually locked the sim card to the actual
phone, therefore stopping you using it in any other phone. So, say
you had a Cellnet sim in a Philips C12 (this is a common one) and
it is locked to the phone... If you tried using it in an unlocked
Nokia it won't work. There is nothing we can do about this unfortunately,
this is down to BT Cellnet. If you have a BT Cellnet sim, please try
it in an unlocked phone before sending yours in to avoid disappointment.
Thanks to Richie Jones for pointing that out!
*Phone
permitting. Please check that your phone is physically capable of
using the network you wish to unlock it for.
